Develop an optimal daily washing care for technical jacket by balancing washing efficiency and functional degradation

In order to reduce the functional degradation caused by improper daily washing-care and prolong service life of technical jacket, relationship between washing conditions in wearing performance jacket (waterproof, windproof, warmth retention) was quantitatively investigated with help hydrostatic pressure, surface contact angle, air permeability, retention, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) after different conditions. Results showed that no matter what kind modes, parameters, type dosage detergent, were subjected decrease compared pre-washing. Additionally, it also found effects detergents parameters on significant, instead detergents. This indicates possible ways minimize setting optimal (washing mode, types detergent). Balancing considerations efficiency, combination mechanical agitation + micro-nano bubbles), detergent (neutral liquid detergent), (3 g/L), water temperature (20°C), main bath ratio (1:10), speed (15 rpm), time (20 min), rinsing (30 cycles (2), belonged this study condition.
